Digitech Engineers has developed a complete wireless solution for CNC data Communication.

Digitech engineers has developed a complete wireless solution for CNC data Communication The wireless hardware is from Sena Technologies and DNC Software is by Digitech engineers

Any CNC machine having RS-232 port can be now interfaced with a remote PC, using this solution.

The wireless device is battery operated and hence very safe for the CNC port.

The other end works either on a.c.

mains or the DC supply is taken from USB port of the PC.

The solution allows CNC user to carry out following functions, from the CNC console.

There is no need to go to remote PC.

1 Calling a desired file from PC to CNC.

2 Sending the proven file to PC for back-up.

3 Getting the directory of PC in CNC.

4 Sending the NC Parameters / NC data.

5 Sending tool offset data.

There are number of installations in India.

For multiple CNCs with wireless is also offered by Digitech engineers, Pune (India).

The solution is very cost effective.

For one CNC, the wireless solution would typically cost appx USD 500.

The solution is "Plug-And Play" type.

The user himself can install it within 30 minutes or less.

It works well with drip feed mode also, which is used for 3-D machining.
