ProFMC supports all the standard requirements of a modern DNC system, including up/downloading of NC programs; remote DNC, enabling operators to download files directly to their machine controller; drip feed with re-entry from previous machine stop; and the ability to run up to 256 DNC tasks simultaneously.
The module also includes a 'drag and drop' facility for single or multiple files; and a machine list, which provides an overview of all current machine statuses.
ProNCE delivers powerful editing tools for NC programs of any length.
An NC wizard provides fast and accurate editing of values, cycles and macros, along with line numbering / renumbering, an XYZ range finder, and back plotting capability.
In addition, the 'NC File Compare' function highlights all changes between the original and optimised versions of the program.
The productivity, efficiency and time-to-market benefits of touch screen data transfer, collection and reporting will also be highlighted by DLoG on Stand 5775, through demonstrations of the company's latest hardware for shop floor, manufacturing and process industry applications.
