Cardboard optical sorting system for waste
Digital Inspection Systems will be demonstrating the first UK built cardboard optical sorting system at the Waste recycling show taking place at the NEC this week.
DISL will be presenting at Photonex and inviting interested parties to an after exhibition seminar on the morning of 8th October at the University of Warwick Conference Centre to explore the technology in greater depth.
The seminar, of interest to quality managers, process and manufacturing engineers and senior personnel within manufacturing SMEs will cover all aspects of Scorpion Vision software and time permitting, a demonstration will take place on how a simple machine vision application can be created with no programming skills, using a PC, firewire camera and Scorpion software.
Spaces are limited so interested parties are urged to book early to avoid disappointment.
Following on from this seminar, DISL will be scheduling a more in-depth 2 day training course in November for those with a specific machine vision requirement.
This course will be able to focus on the needs of the individual or organisation and includes as part of the package a number of support days where Scorpion Vision engineers will assist with the machine vision setup.
