Danaher Motion appoints new President
for Europe
In a further strengthening of the company's European business, Danaher Motion announces the appointment of Michel van Roozendaal who takes over as President of Danaher Motion Europe.

Before joining Danaher Motion, van Roozendaal was Vice President, Northern Region with Johnson Controls and also spent time with the Honeywell Group accumulating 18 years of European business experience in engineering, business development, marketing and sales.
On taking up his new position, van Roozendaal said, "This is an exciting time at Danaher Motion.
We are currently integrating a number of recent acquisitions so the company is poised for growth.
In my opinion our range of motion control products and systems puts us in an excellent position to become the premier global motion control company.
"He added," I am particularly excited to meet our European employees and to strengthen relationships with our distribution partners and key OEM customers." Michael Schulte who was President of Danaher Motion Europe since 2001 has been promoted to become President of Danaher Linear Motion Systems, and as such will be relocating from Dusseldorf, Germany to the Danaher Motion Group offices in Chicago, USA.
