Offering the latest in direct drive rotary technology, frameless motors use neodymium-iron magnet rotor structure and skewed armature assembly to optimize machine torque/volume.

Kollmorgen, a division of Danaher Motion, introduces F series frameless DDR motors The F series is available in 4 frame sizes with continuous torque from 5 to 369Nm, peak torque from 17 to 1340Nm, and diameters from 160 to 333mm

Offering the latest in Direct Drive Rotary technology and functionality, the F series utilizes a proprietary neodymium-iron magnet rotor structure and skewed armature assembly to optimize machine torque/volume.

They are available with pre-configured drives and feedback devices for a complete speed/torque solution ideal for compact, frameless motor applications.

UL recognition facilitates easier machine-level agency approval.

Additional features include: Encapsulated armatures for high thermal transfer and mechanical protection; High magnetic poles for high torque density and short axial length; Low-cog technology for smooth low-speed operation; Easy bolt-on rotor assemblies for quick design and installation.

Kollmorgen is a division of Danaher Motion, a leading North American manufacturer of motion control products, components and services.

Danaher Motion is a strategic business platform of the $4B Danaher Corporation, a manufacturer of process and environmental controls, tools and industrial components.
