Project delivery framework is now available
A publicly available version of DSDM project delivery framework 4.2 is available for manufacturers and individuals working in manufacturing who are not members of the DSDM Consortium.
Led by the 'father' of eXtreme Programming and JUnit, Kent Beck and Cynthia Andres, co-author of 'eXtreme Programming Explained', the workshop aims to examine the needs of the individual and to find practices to address them.
Delegates will have the chance to learn how to address process change, reach agreement on programming goals, implement practices and sustain them.
Kent Beck is a founder of the Three Rivers Institute.
His contributions to software development include patterns for software, the rediscovery of test-first programming, the xUnit family of developer testing tools and eXtreme Programming.
