Dunlop Hiflex is a UK manufacturer and a market leader in the supply of specialist rubber hose and fittings for a wide variety of high-pressure waterblast applications.
For 20 years the company has supplied fully tested and certified waterblast hose assemblies to a worldwide market through its dedicated network of skilled and authorised distributors.
The new Waterblast series is backed by a long history of hose design and manufacture.
With continued attention to details such as flexibility, light weight and durability, Dunlop Hiflex produces the Waterblast range in four pressure series with a safety factor of 2.5:1 in line with RMA (USA), BFPA (UK) and DIN (Germany) standards.
The new series enable Dunlop Hiflex to offer fully validated waterblast hose assemblies with colour-coded branding for ease of identification: White Brand WB 10 to 10 000psi, Blue Brand WB 12 to 12 000psi, Yellow Brand WB 15 to15 000psi, and Orange Brand WB 20 to 20,000psi.
Waterblast hose and fittings are concurrently engineered and manufactured from the highest quality materials.
Assemblies come in standard 20 metre or 50 feet hose lengths with any combination of BSP, Metric DKO, NPT and NPSM terminations covering most requirements.
There is a choice between fire resistant anti-static covers for hazardous environments or Tuflex covers for super abrasion resistance.
For special requirements, assemblies can be supplied with bespoke hose lengths up to 200 metres, and with a unique choice of adapters and insert elbows complete with safety features for challenging applications.
Nominal bore sizes are 1/4 to one inch for working pressure ratings up to 12 000psi, 1/4 to 3/4 inch up to 15 000psi, and 1/4 to 1/2 inch up to 20 000psi.
