Price Rises For Resins Forced By Cost
Increases
DuPont Packaging and Industrial Polymers (P and IP) has announced a price increase of 0.13 Euros per kilogramme for all grades of Elvax resins and 0.20 Euros per kilogramme for all Elvaloy AC resins.

Diego Boeri, the regional director (EMEA), for ethylene copolymers (ECP) at DuPont P and IP, said: "Despite continuing efforts by DuPont to offset escalating costs through productivity programmes and other containment measures, continuing increases in energy, transportation and raw material costs have made these price adjustments unavoidable.".
