Durr wins GM 'Supplier of the Year
Award'
With this prestigious award the world's largest automobile manufacturer, General Motors (GM), honoured Durr for its outstanding performance in the handling of a number of projects in 2004.
With this prestigious award the world's largest automobile manufacturer, General Motors (GM), honoured Durr for its outstanding performance in the handling of a number of projects in 2004 These included the construction of three paint shops in North America as part of the large order package placed by GM and the introduction of water-based paint technology for vehicle finishing in China
Stephan Rojahn, who accepted the GM award on behalf of Durr at Warren, Michigan (USA), emphasised that, "The credit for winning the GM award again goes to our employees".
"In numerous individual projects, they have given their all to support GM with innovative and efficient production technology." GM has given the 'Supplier of the Year Awards' to its best suppliers since 1992.
