Dempson strengthens management team
Dempson has strengthened its position as one of the UK's largest suppliers of printed paper and polythene bags, by appointing Mike Rea as Commercial Manager of the Bradford operation
Reporting to Darrell Strickland, Managing Director of the Bradford division, Mike will be responsible for the integration of the computer system, group purchasing and improving cash flow and profitability across the three Dempson sites including Bradford, Yorkshire, Maidstone, Kent and Bosnia Mike Rea who has over 12 years of purchasing experience previously worked for Bunzl plc, the international distribution services and outsourcing group for 6 years as Purchasing Manager
Before that, he worked for Neville Johnson Offices in a senior Purchasing position.
Darrell Strickland, Managing Director of the Bradford operation, said: "We are glad Mike Rea has joined the Dempson Management team".
"He will be a great asset to the company as he is well known in the packaging supplies business and his commercial experience and knowledge is second to none.".
