Deep frame axial fan delivers higher
airflow
Using a deeper frame size, extra power is packed in to a range of 60 and 92mm2 axial fans enabling them to deliver 40% more airflow than other coolers of the same size.
Sanyo Denki's new range of 60 and 92mm2 G-Type axial fans deliver 40% more airflow than other Sanyo Denki coolers of the same size These products are available now from EAO, representatives for Sanyo Denki products in the UK

Oil-proof fan prevents machine downtime
A range of oil-proof fans is designed specially for cooling machine tools and production machinery where a mist of lubricating oil is dispersed during operation.
Optical encoder has higher accuracy
A more accurate optical encoder with integrated pushbutton enhances accuracy by providing more data points to measure changes in shaft position.
These new additions to the San Ace range achieve performance greater than or equal to larger 80mm and 120mm2 fans.
The extra power comes from a deeper frame size - 38mm compared to the regular 25mm.
The 60mm G-Type achieves a maximum airflow of 65ft3/min and static pressure of 435Pa at a rotating speed of 11,800rpm; the 92mm version achieves 110ft3/min and 150Pa at a speed of 5,000 rpm.
Both versions offer at least a 30% reduction on volume and mass compared to larger Sanyo Denki fans with similar airflow.
Third-wire pulse-sensor or lock-sensor alarm functions are available as standard across the range, while lower speed variants for reduced noise output are an option.
The high-quality, brushless, dual-ball bearing motor in these fans provides long life and exceptionally high reliability.
Both versions achieve an L10 life expectancy of 40,000h at 60degC ambient temperature.
They are suitable for applications including power supplies, telecoms, professional lighting, server and storage equipment where reliability and cooling performance are critical.
Careful thermal design is critical to the performance and reliability of electronic equipment and many electronic system faults are attributable to excess temperature.
Sanyo Denki coolers are available with alarm sensor for remote monitoring of fan condition and carry UL, CSA and TUV approvals.
