Body Temple gets more out of the working
week
The Body Temple has saved a whole day a week on administration, following the deployment of new IT systems provided by e-novations, a leading UK retail systems and ecommerce specialist.
The Body Temple, an upmarket UK beauty chain, has saved a whole day a week on administration, following the deployment of new IT systems provided by e-novations, a leading UK retail systems and ecommerce specialist Founder and managing director, Dipa Sudra, confirms, "With IT saving me a day a week, I can spend more time on growing the business; we plan to open at least two more sites next year." The Body Temple went to e-novations initially about building a web site, which resulted in Sudra getting her money back in only eight weeks as the new site enabled her to take appointments, sell gift vouchers and sell products

She added, "Without the web business, I would have had to spend a lot of money on advertising and open new salons before I was ready." Sudra then asked e-novations, which now provides solutions to 16 salon chains, to look at her existing system, which, although it was designed for therapists, she described as a toy with limited intelligence.
e-novations first drew up a plan for the business and implemented its Emperium Beauty software to automate payments, stock control, purchasing, payroll, staff commissions, and security using a web cam.
Email and SMS texting is also incorporated, enabling Sudra to manage her salons from anywhere.
Manoj Jethwa, e-novations CEO, said, "Emperium Beauty has functions that would be regarded as bespoke development by other packaged vendors." Sudra adds, "I'd be lost without systems".
"I have access to over 1,000 reports which enable me to monitor every aspect if my business".
"I am already using reports on Commissions, Top 10 clients, Customer birthdays, Top 10 products, Top 10 services and Salon performance.".
