Achieve optimum safety-at-work conditions
Upgraded AS - Interface Bus system uses TZ and TP safety switches to provide guard locking with direct access to AS - Interface and create the optimum safety-at-work operating conditions.
Euchner (UK), the safety and security equipment specialists, will be exhibiting on stand number C108 at the Drives and Controls 2003 exhibition being held at the NEC during 3rd - 6th June.
Being exhibited in the UK for the first time will be the upgraded AS - Interface Bus system, combining innovation with high technology.
This utilises the well proven TZ and TP safety switches providing guard locking with direct access to AS - Interface to create the optimum safety- at-work operating conditions.
The benefits include higher flexibility with simplified diagnostics, with lower costs due to reduced installation and wiring expenses.
Other safety equipment on show includes: The CES-A-CSE-01 transponder non-contact switch can be used as an alternative for magnetic switches in many applications, and enables closer monitoring of complex production processes.
The transponder actuator, which is uniquely code and virtually impossible to defeat, receives electromagnetic signals from a transceiver station and then returns processed data back for evaluation.
Where non-contact magnetically coded switches are required, the Euchner CMS series is based upon coded magnets.
Both rectangular and cylindrical housings are available, together with two different evaluation units.
The Euchner electronic key system (EKS) allows password-free access to PC's and control systems but maintains high level security for company IT operations.
The EKS works through an electronic key with embedded chip and antenna which transfer data inductively when a key holder logs in.
An infinite number of key possibilities are available, providing maximum flexibility, with keys assigned depending upon keyholder responsibilities.
Award winning handhold pendants which combine technical quality, value and structural design.
These easy-to-read and operate controls remain at the leading edge of ergonomic machine tool controllers.
