UK based Edinburgh Instruments is manufacturing a new low cost series of Infrared Gas Sensors for detecting and measuring a wide range of CO2 and selected hydrocarbons.
Dual wavelength infrared refrigerant gas sensors

Suitable for a wide variety of uses these wall mounted units can detect gases from sampling points up to 30m away, using the integral sampling system.
They incorporate a four digit LCD and alarm set point controls in a tough plastic enclosure that has an IP54 rating against the ingress of particulates and water These innovative products measure 267 x 258 x 148mm and weigh 2.5kg and are easy to install and require the minimum of maintenance.
