The goal of many owners of a small successful business who are looking to retire, is to find a talented individual who has already achieved success in their career, has valuable skills to bring to the business and is looking to take on a new challenge When this happens, they can capitalise on many years of hard work and also have the great feeling that the employees left behind have a real future too
