Monitor a range of sensors through a web-browser
An Ethernet based sensor communications device is a simple, inexpensive way to monitor a wide range of sensors using a web-browser over an Intranet or the internet.
The SDK provided in the evaluation kit allows to implement datalogger, Modbus or PLC basic features that are linked with FTP, mail or Telnet data exchanges.
Based on the field-proven eDmod and on a 8-bit ATMega microprocessor, the eDindus offers DIN rail mounting, a wide range of electric power supplies and several hardware interfaces: RS232, RS422, RS485, analogue and digital input/output, and dry switch for easy integration into any industrial environment.
The eDindus is available for PSTN/POTS (eDindus100), LAN/Ethernet (eDindus200) and GSM/GPRS (eDindus300).
The eDindus is compatible with the IDeMS M2M middleware for easy management of a large fleet of remotely connected devices.
Mass production will start in January.
