Mark-10 has introduced a new series of miniature S-beam type force sensors, designed for tension and compression testing for applications with limited space.

Series SJR sensors measure approximately 0.7" x 0.3" x 0.75" and feature threaded holes for the mounting of attachments or implements.

The sensors also include built-in mechanical overload protection for up to 1,000% of full capacity, depending on the application, and are accurate to within +/-0.2% of full scale.

A wide range of capacities is available, from 0.25 lb to 100 lb, all with the same dimensions.

The Series SJR is the most recent addition to the company's line of interchangeable remote force and torque sensors.

These sensors work in conjunction with the BGI force/torque gauge, a fully featured instrument with data communication capabilities, GO/NO GO type outputs, selectable units of measurement, peak capture, and many user-configurable settings.
