Sales
Endoline believes its range of Phoenix case tapers is set to make significant sales following advanced orders - the result of a 'less is more' approach.
Endoline believes its range of Phoenix case tapers is set to make significant sales following advanced orders - the result of a 'less is more' approach Although case sealing machines have been available for years, Endoline said it has developed its Phoenix range for customers who have less demanding environments than those having to continually cope with new variants, and who do not need the flexibility and bespoke design service available with Endoline's standard range

Spiral conveyors effect smooth vertical transfer
A low friction chain slat arrangement is used in spiral conveyors to provide continuous, smooth vertical transfer of product in either direction from upper and lower levels.
Providing ease of use and simple installation, features of the range include twin columns to support the top tape head to ensure that the tape properly seals cases as it is accurately applied down the centre line.
A floating bridge allows the top tape head to accommodate the dimensional variations found in all cases without the need to constantly readjust, thus reducing operator input.
One of the most time-consuming aspects of operating a case-taping machine is gaining access to the bottom tape head when it runs out.
The Phoenix machines are fitted with a latch to support the bridge while the bottom tape head is removed and reloaded or replaced.
It is then a simple matter of releasing the latch and lowering the bridge to the same height but without the need to readjust it said the company.
Tape heads are said to be interchangeable with each other and with those from other taping machines in the Endoline ranges, from sealers to erectors.
The Phoenix range consists of semi-automatic case tapers and fully automatic case closers and tapers.
