Directory Available At Southern Manufacturing
This year the Engineering Link project has taken a stand at Southern Manufacturing to promote the publication of a new London Manufacturers Directory.
This year the Engineering Link project has taken a stand at Southern Manufacturing to promote the publication of a new London Manufacturers Directory.
It is designed to meet the needs of small and medium sized businesses serving the engineering sector by giving them the opportunity to promote their products and services in a clear and consistent format.
The directory is offered as an A5 size ring binder with index and sections covering the following fields of activity * Electrical, electronic and instrumentation * Machining services * Mechanical engineering * Metal goods and metal finishing * Plastics and rubber * Other products and services, including design and consultancy It is often difficult to find a supplier that meets your needs using national directories or listings.
Engineering Link, a funded project designed to support London's engineering manufacturers, has compiled a directory of manufacturers and suppliers to assist businesses in sourcing products and services from the wide range of high quality manufacturers operating in the London area.
Personal contact with your supply chain brings an understanding of their needs and promotes co-operative working.
This can enhance the process of bringing products to market and serving your own customers.
So often businesses don't have the time to find out about the excellent range of London Suppliers.
By using this directory they will not only have a full set of contact information, but also be able to check what products and services are offered.
There are seven sub-sectors identified and indexed to make selection of a suitable supplier even easier.
Shopping locally can save time and money.
The directory takes the form of a professionally designed and produced A5 ring binder, with each business' details clearly laid out on a single sided page.
New businesses can be added and existing entrants can update their product range regularly so that the directory will build into a valuable, accurate and substantial resource.
An entry in the directory is free and also entitles the business to a free three month trial of Supplynet, the online directory that provides a place for buyers and sellers to meet.
The directory will be distributed free of charge to all the featured businesses and to selected buyers and specifiers.
To request a place in the directory or a free copy please call at the Engineering Link Southern Manufacturing 2004 stand 334 near the Technical Seminar Theatre and speak to Craig Taylor.
