Epaccsys Turnover Doubles Each Year

Award Winning Epicor Channel Partner Experiences Massive Growth with Epicor for Service Enterprises.

Epicor Software Corporation, a leading provider of integrated enterprise software solutions for the midmarket, has announced that Epaccsys, the Epicor 2004 "Vertical Industry Partner of the Year" is experiencing massive growth with the popularity of Epicor for Service Enterprise software solution.

Epaccsys turnover has doubled year on year based primarily on implementations of Epicor for Service Enterprises, an end-to-end, Web services-based enterprise service automation (ESA) solution that provides a single source for managing and automating every aspect of the project-focused organization.

"We started Epaccsys in 2002 after working in the IT industry for a number of years and realising the potential that Web services could offer to software deployment," explains Epaccsys co-founder and director Ian Garvey.

"Epicor was, and still is, the leader in Microsoft.NET-enabled applications and we decided from day one that this would be the focus of our business model." As one of the first Epicor partners to deploy Epicor for Service Enterprises for beta customers in Europe, Epaccsys quickly established itself as an innovator within the Professional Services vertical market.

ClinPhone, a specialist Clinical Technology Organization (CTO) working with the leading global biotech and pharmaceutical organisations, needed a solution to rationalise the business processes of its rapidly growing global operations.

It uses Epicor for Service Enterprises and telecoms technologies to manage its customers' clinical trials data, ClinPhone's products are currently being used in 402 trials spanning 88 countries and in 71 languages.
