A broader range of products can be run on a single weighing machine at a higher production rate and at greater accuracy.

Easiweigh will be exhibiting two new systems at the upcoming PPMA show taking place at NEC Birmingham from 24 - 26 September 2002 These systems are to complement the existing range of equipment which have been manufactured for the past 14 years and which have placed Easiweigh as one of the leading suppliers of weighing equipment to major businesses in a broad range of industries

The new Maxi has been totally redesigned to give the ability to run a broader range of products on a single machine at a higher production rate at greater accuracy.

This is achieved by a unique interchangeable gating system, which allows the user to swap between small and large products within minutes.

This along with quick release trays for fast wash down and cleaning, makes the Maxi ideal for today's production requirements where flexibility and fast changeovers are imperative to maintain line efficiencies.

The new AIS Indexing System automatically indexes and positions empty containers into the filling position ready to be filled by any of the range of Eaesiweigh weighing systems.

Once the container has been filled, it is automatically removed from the filling position and another empty container is positioned.

This system is suitable for filling wide range of small to large bulk containers including: * Cardboard boxes.

* Cartons.

** Plastic containers including: * RPC.

* Jars.

* Tubs.

* Bottles.

* Ready meal trays.

* Pots.

* Metal containers.

This system can be manually or automatically fed and can be linked in with case erectors, un-scramblers or de-nesters.
