A low cost, integrated weighing and bagging system is designed for start-up operations and low volume producers with small batch requirements and small budgets.
Easiweigh, a member of the GSH Group, has announced the Midi Starter Pack system, a new and innovative, low cost weigh and pack solution.
Easiweigh has specifically developed this integrated weighing and bagging system for start-up operations and low volume producers with small batch requirements and small budgets.
Based on the recently introduced Midiilite weigher, the Midi Starter Pack system features the stainless steel, compact weigher, a parallel-integrated filling station and sealing machine, delivering a complete packing solution at entry-level pricing.
The Midi Starter Pack offers an attractive price / performance solution for packing environments that are currently running manual or small-scale processes, but have the need to expand and automate.
Commenting on the new product introduction Neil Andrews, group managing director at Easiweigh, said, "Requiring low investment and very low operational costs, the Midi Starter Pack provides an efficient weighing and bagging system which can be relied upon to weigh products accurately and efficiently whilst bagging and sealing all in the same operation.
It significantly increases packaging productivity by eliminating the need for a separate bagging operation saving processing time and improves operations for companies requiring small batch changes." Constructed from robust stainless steel and high quality components the linear weighing system can handle a wide range of products accurately with average or minimum weight settings and a maximum product weight of 2kg - ideal for weighing and bagging a wide range of products including snack foods, muesli, tea, coffee, sweets and many more.
