Easiweigh Announces New High Performance Integrated Metal Detector Checkweigher, which will be showcased at the EFI Show 2007.
This new unit provides accurate weight control whilst ensuring that the product is free from any metal particles/goods, in one integrated operation.
The new Easiweigh Metal Detector Checkweigher delivers safety and accuracy, eliminating the requirement for two separate processes thus significantly saving on floor space and requiring lower plant investment.
Integrating the high performance characteristics and accuracy of the Easiweigh Checkweigher and the reliability of the Easiweigh Metal Detector, the new unit provides customers with a complete solution, delivering efficiency and improved productivity.
The checkweigher capability ensures that products exactly match the specified weights required on the production line, for guaranteed accuracy and to prevent discrepancies.
It operates linear speeds of up to 100m/1' and can achieve -/+ 0.3g accuracy levels.
The Easiweigh Metal Detector Checkweigher has been designed with complete flexibility in mind, with the capability of handling products of obscure shapes and sizes and suitable for a variety of environments such as high humidity environments including the fresh and frozen food sector.
Additional features include the ability to operate at particularly high or low speeds all controllable from the keyboard, a self-calibration device and removable conveyors.
The new Easiweigh system benefits from a graphical display panel for ease of operation where data can be managed, printed and speeds can be adjusted.
The software can store up to 100 product programmes for simple recovery when required.
Constructed using the highest quality materials and entirely of stainless steel, the robust design allows for low maintenance and removable conveyors aid easy cleaning.
Optional accessories available include; ejection systems, infeed and outfeed conveyors, wind-prevention tunnel, feed-back function and 24 panel column printer.
