Laser marker is gentle with delicate substrates
Laser marking machine is suitable for a wide range of applications and, in particular, facilitates the rapid removal of coated layers from delicate substrates without damage.
Electrox, one of only a handful of fully integrated manufacturers of laser marking machines world-wide, showed its recently introduced Cobra V-12/20 Vanadate laser marking machine at EastTec in May with great success.
The new Nd-Vanadate system, the V-12/20, complements the Nd:YAG and CO2 powered laser marking machines already offered by Electrox.
It is suitable for a wide range of applications and, in particular, facilitates the rapid removal of coated layers from delicate substrates without damage.
As with the other Cobra systems, it offers versatility, speed and accuracy of mark.
It is available as either a 12 or 20W laser and has a diode warranty of a true 10,000h.
The new Cobra V-12/20 vanadate laser has been developed by Electrox at its own manufacturing site.
It benefits from the proven Electrox V3 software, the result of over 60 man years development and created by the company to give the best-possible working system.
The easy to learn and use software is compatible with all current versions of Windows and can import a wide range of graphic file formats, generate bar codes, two dimensional codes and date codes as well as perform automatic serialisation, conduct merges with data from external sources and control up to four axis of motion.
Electrox offers a comprehensive range of laser marking machines, including the popular diode pumped Nd:YAG Cobra and the lamp-pumped Scriba.
Most recently introduced into the Cobra range is the Cobra ES, launched to meet the market demand for value engineered, aggressively priced laser marking systems.
Although suitable for a wide range of users, it is particularly appropriate for small to medium volume manufacture and as an entry-level system.
Electrox is a fully integrated manufacturer of laser marking systems, retaining total control over all the process and thus providing customers with a single point of reference whatever the enquiry.
