Improving cleanliness in clean room assembly

An Elesa (UK) product story
Edited by the Manufacturingtalk editorial team Oct 31, 2001

Elesa-Clayton noticed a need for "special" standard components to suit the requirements of clean rooms and produced a new product range.

Elesa-Clayton noticed a need for "special" standard components to suit the requirements of clean rooms and are delighted with the resulting product range.

Designed entirely with clean room environments in mind, this range of handles, knobs and lobe knobs allows increased levels of cleanliness in electronics, biotech, medical and pharmaceutical situations.

The Clean Room range features a high gloss finish in super resilient technopolymer coloured ivory white to RAL 9002.

This matches standards for clean room equipment and shows up more easily any dirt deposited on it; thus permitting increased levels of cleanliness.

Elesa-Clayton Clean Room handles, knobs and lobe knobs come ex-stock in a variety of sizes and fixing methods to suit this demanding application.
