Ball lock pins connect rapidly in
confined spaces
Ball lock pins satisfy situations that require frequent rapid connection of parts, for installation, use or machining, and yet have only very restricted space available
The Elesa GN series of Ball Lock Pins has been introduced to meet the needs of situations which require frequent rapid connection of parts, for installation, use or machining, and yet have only very restricted space available Simple insertion of the Ball Lock Pin into a mating pair of holes, serves to lock both components together, with removal just as quick
Typical applications include sports equipment, racking or weight stacks.
As its name suggests, the ball lock pin uses a spring loaded ball mechanism with release plunger, or simple over pressure pull-out operation, to free the connected components.
GN113.3 is an AISI 303 stainless steel unit which is available in lengths of 10mm to 60mm and features a particularly compact operating head.
A larger plastic headed version is also available with acetal resin pawl and plunger release, or with dual ball spring loaded action. Request a free brochure from Elesa (UK) ...
