'Soft-feel' handknobs aid operator
comfort

Clamping handknobs use glass reinforced thermoplastics to provide high impact strength and impart a soft 'conforming' feel for operators in machining, wood working and other industries.

Clamping handknobs use glass reinforced thermoplastics to provide high impact strength and impart a soft 'conforming' feel for operators in machining, wood working and other industries The VCT range of Clamping Handknobs now available from Elesa represent a significant improvement over older style products manufactured in thermosetting material (which can shatter on impact)

The glass reinforced thermoplastic construction of VCT handknobs not only confers high impact strength but also provides a soft 'conforming' feel for operators of equipment in the machine tool, woodworking, packaging, printing and other engineering industries.

Elesa are well known for the usability and style of their industrial components.

This can be clearly seen in the VCT range which uses the same comfortable five lobe design as their VC192 handknob, coupled with 'soft' feel and a matt finish, which improve appearance while reducing distracting reflections.

A major feature of the VCT series is the selection of coloured centre caps which are available in blue, red, green, grey, beige and black (standard).

These allow for colour coding of equipment functions or matching of machine finish for improved aesthetic appearance.

Female and through threaded versions are offered with brass inserts while male versions have zinc plated steel studs.

VCT moulded handknobs come in 32mm, 40mm, 50mm and 63mm outer diameters with thread sizes from M5 to M12.

They are resistant to most common solvents, oils, greases and other industrial agents. Request a free brochure from Elesa (UK) ...
