Vibratory unit feeds different nails at
high speed
Vibratory bowl feeder feeds various sizes of nails in a head up position at speeds up to 1000 pieces/min.
Elscint has developed a Vibratory Bowl Feeder for feeding of nails in a head up position Various sizes of Nails from 20mm length to 100mm length can be fed through the same vibratory feeder
The rate at which the Nails are fed ranges from 500 pieces/min to 100 pieces/min depending upon the length of the nails.
Elscint Automation manufactures five models of Vibratory Parts Feeders, namely Model 100, Model 160, Model 250, Model 400 and Model 630.
Any of these models can be used for this purpose depending upon the sizes of the nails to be fed.
A wide range of nails are also possible to be fed in the same bowl with slight change over tooling.
This unit finds applications on the nail coiling machines.
Elscint Hopper Feeder with Elscint Linear Feeder (Inline Rail Feeder) is available as an accessory for increasing the loading capacity.
