No less than four Models of Linear Vibratory Feeders for feeding of Bulk Powders are manufactured by Elscint Automation, operated electro-magnetically and built for minimum maintenance.

Elscint Automation, the ISO 9001:2000 certified Vibratory Part Feeder manufacturer from India manufactures four models of Linear Vibratory Feeders for feeding of Bulk Powders These are Electro-Magnetically operated feeders

There are a total of 5 models of Linear Feeders, i.e Elscint I, II, III, IV and V.

All drive units are correctly engineered to give stable performance at high speed with minimum maintenance.

Totally Encapsulated Type coils with adequate power for particular models are used.

Every drive unit is supplied with separate controller by which the feed rate or flow can be varied infinitely.

Standard units are suitable for electrical supply of 230 volts, 50 Hz.

In case of requirement, even 110 V/60 Hz units can be supplied.

Elscint Linear Feeders are suitable for feeding bulk Powders or applications like Tea leaves, Coffee leaves etc Trays, either in Stainless Steel or Mild Steel can be provided.

These can even be lined/coated with suitable material in case desired by the customer.

Trays can be of any size desired by the customer upto a length of even 1 metre.

Bulk Flow Rate as high as 25 Kgs.

Per Minute can be achieved.

These units are in ready stock and can be made available immediately.
