Vibratory Bowl Feeder For Feeding
Special Caps
Elscint Automation, has recently manufactured a Vibratory Bowl Feeder for feeding of special Plastic Caps where the diameter of the Cap Head was equal to the Height of the Cap.
Elscint Automation, the ISO 9001:2000 certified Vibratory Bowl Feeder Manufacturer from India recently manufactured a Vibratory Bowl Feeder for feeding of special Plastic Caps where the diameter of the Cap Head was equal to the Height of the Cap Due to these dimensions, achieving the required orientation of Open Side Facing Ground for the Caps was very difficult and in fact a lot of Bowl Feeder manufacturers had informed their inability to orient the same
However, the experienced Bowl Tooling Engineers at Elscint developed a Bowl for feeding these types of Caps in precisely the manner in which they were required at a very high feed rate of 150 Caps per minute.
For this, the Elscint Vibratory Bowl Feeder Model 400 was used.
