Vibratory Feeder Handles Springs Without Tangling

An Elscint Automation product story

Elscint Automation has manufactured a vibratory bowl feeder for feeding of springs in two outlets.

Elscint Automation has manufactured a vibratory bowl feeder for feeding of springs in two outlets.

The wire diameter being more, the springs do not have a tendency of getting entangled between themselves.

However, feeding them in two rows is said to ensure that only one vibratory bowl feeder is required, as against two, which would have been normally required.

Giving an auto-switch 'off' mechanism (to switch off the vibratory bowl feeder when both the chutes are full) based on electrical circuitry, is claimed to add to the user's operations flexibility, thereby save on the inputs and outputs of the PLC.
