Turning hardware, software solutions revised
Not only a new name for a modular training system, 'Emco Concept' stands for extensive improvements made to the existing hardware and software solutions for turning machine operation.
These loaders are the ideal solution for automatic feeding and reloading cut bars.
The benefit: little floor space required and short loading times thanks to shorter travel distances.
The loaders are available for the machines ET 325-II, ET 332 and ET 345-II (LM800), as well as for the ET 365 and the Hyperturn 645/665 (LM 1200).
The same FANUC control unit is used in both loaders, so the operation and programming of the machines is identical.
A bar loading cycle integrated into the machine control unit simplifies the application.
The use of plastic reducing bushes ensures the perfect guidance of the raw material, so the machine can be run at high speeds without restriction.
Residue is disposed of through the working area as on other short bar loaders.
Using a selection parameter in the loading cycle, residue disposal can be effected via the shaving feeder, the collecting basin or the counter spindle.
