A quick fit AISI 316 hinge having an integral earth terminal meets applications for stainless steel hinges as more equipment is installed in harsher/wash down environments.

EMKA have again provided a solution for enclosure engineers in their Program 1110 range with a new quick fit AISI 316 hinge having an integral earth terminal.
The 1110-U5-NPH is a twin stainless casting with slide-in door fit to accommodate a 20mm return offering increased strength and 180 deg opening.
This is ideal for stainless steel doors on in-line suite arrangements, e g, for offshore applications, outdoor situations or food/pharmaceutical plants.
The integral earth terminal aids door to panel bonding and simplifies door removal if required.
