This highly respected and reliable machine is capable of running at line speeds in excess of 50m/min sealing regular, child resistant and dispensing closure sizes ranging from 20-120mm.

The Superseal 100's power supply and sealing heads are air-cooled technology eliminating the need for a separate water supply thus making the system low cost, flexible and mobile.

The 100 is supplied ready to install into any production lines.

It also incorporates an easy to use operator interface that provides feedback control.
