Minimo solutions are available in sets or as individual units, in either static or portable configurations.
Minimo hand pieces comprise combinations of different snap-fixing heads, motor assemblies and other attachments of different specifications, to provide the optimum tool for each specific application.
The rotary heads utilize a simple tool changing mechanism requiring no keys or spanners and tools with different shaft diameters can also be used by simply changing the collet diameter.
The hand pieces also provide easy on/off manipulation, using a built-in switch enabling the operator to use only one hand to start and stop the hand piece, even when working out of reach of the Power Pack, so providing higher operational efficiency.
All Minimo power packs are equipped with a feedback function that compensates for decrease in speed when the hand piece is under a loaded condition, in addition to being equipped with fourfold protective circuits that protect the hand piece and the power pack from overloading and overheating.
The Polytor, Minimo's ultrasonic finishing system, is proving superbly effective for mould finishing applications, providing powerful and stable ultrasonic vibration.
The system is composed of the Polytor power pack together with the Polytor ultrasonic hand piece and is particularly appropriate for removing EDM scale, de-burring, grinding, cutting, polishing and honing activities as well as being extremely convenient for the pattern cutting of printed circuit boards and the finishing of precious metals and jewels.
