Large deburring brushes made for automated systems
Large ceramic fibre cutting brushes for surface/edge deburring and surface polishing in automation systems and machining centres are supplied in sizes up to 100mm diameter.
By working the brush on the end of the bristles, the cutting action remains constant and allows for efficient and fast removal of burrs generated by milling, drilling or grinding operations.
The brush and sleeve combination is designed for use on various automated machine systems such as machining centres, transfer lines and robotic controlled systems - hand-tool finishing options are also available.
Benefits of the system include deburring and finishing in one operation, excellent miniscule deburring after machine processing, superior polishing power - even at relatively low polishing speeds, and the ability to remove burrs without creating secondary burrs.
The ceramic fibre bristles are long lasting, and the replaceable brushes are available in two grades and four sizes.
