Engis (UK) will be showing its new range superabrasive wheels for the first time in the UK at the Tooling Show, immediately adjacent to Interplas, in October The vitrified bond wheels are particularly appropriate for PCD and PCBN grinding, bearing, gear, ceramic and cermet grinding in sectors such as aerospace which have high volume, high speed grinding requirements

Engis (UK) specialises in providing solutions for engineering superabrasive finishing applications including mould polishing and single pass bore finishing and employs a specialist Product Manager to support customers and help them obtain the maximum benefit from Engis products.

In addition to the vitrified bond wheels, the company also offers resin bonded wheels - for both wet and dry grinding operations, metallic bonded wheels - with excellent form-holding capabilities and high wear resistance and electroplated wheels - especially useful for grinding deep forms such as gear teeth.

A wide range of bore finishing tools, ceramic fibre brushes and an extensive range of mould polishing equipment and consumables is also available.
