The Minimiser can be set for an interval cycle up to 16.65 min and a spray duration range of from 1s to 9s in 1s increments.
Engis said that he Hyprez Autostirrer and Minimiser are engineered to deliver precisely controlled amounts of diamond slurry and lubricants and have been designed to provide benefits of economy and productivity to users of lapping systems.
In addition to being ideally suited for use with Engis' own, Hyprez systems, the Hyprez Autostirrer and Minimiser can be retrofitted to all commercially available lapping machines.
Working together, the Minimiser and Autostirrer deliver precisely timed and metered amounts of slurry and lubricant, minimizing waste and maximizing diamond dispersion.
