Encompix ERP Software records 'spectacular year'
Encompix has filled the manufacturing software requirements of Engineer-to-Order companies since 1992 and has seen an outstanding number of new clients during 2005.
In conjunction with the move to M2M Expert, Encompix now has a new integrated telephone system.
Encompix customer support analysts now see both phone and web-initiated support queries directly on their computer along with company information, and preferred method of contact.
The new case management system saves Encompix support analysts time keying in information and moves them along more quickly to the discussion of customer issues.
