PMC for R/3 has been tested and certified by SAP for use with the BC-XOM interface.
Entrix said that PMC overcomes the problem whereby SAP users don't always know whether their output has been successfully printed.
It also avoids duplication of effort in configuring and managing print queues and servers.
Without integrated management system, when a new print server needs to be configured, all the print queues have to be individually and manually transferred from within SAP.
This tedious and error prone procedure is avoided with PMC.
Printers are configured in the SAP system directly from the PMC client and the SAP administrator no longer needs to do this.
PMC QImporter facilitates automatic configuration of SAP print servers.
Printers can be monitored, output archived, and drivers managed.
