EU court to hear n.Propyl Bromide
challenge
Trichloroethylene suppliers continue to prompt the idea that n.Propyl Bromide based products are affected by the October 2007 deadline of the Solvent Emisions Directive for users.
It is anticipated the an EU court challenge will now be heard during 2007 to determine the legality of EU decisions on the use of n.Propyl Bromide Enviro Tech Europe have special standing in bringing this case, being the patent holder and brand leader with scientific evidence related to human in Vitro data, as opposed to animal data

These same suppliers wrongly refer to issues of Flammability and the July/August 2007 issue of 'Surface World magazine' will list the relationship of vapour degreasing solvents on this issue, based on the suggested tests referred to.
Misinformation is rife and readers will judge the intentions behind this.
Users of n.Propyl Bromide should ensure validation of any comments made, never forgetting the clear issues and obligations that arise from Trichloroethylene being a Carcinogen.
