Configure data transfer to CNC machines
In order to reduce set-up times for machine tools, EVO offers a special configuration mode for COM-Servers by Wiesemann and Theiss with its DNC-/PDM software 'CAMback'.
According to the manufacturer, additional dialog languages can be delivered almost instantly after completing translation.
With this PDM software, all product-related files and those required for production can be managed and provided audit-proof.
With the DNC module, the spectrum of use can be extended by communications with CNC machines.
Sending and receiving CNC programs will then be done over conventional TCP/IP networks or wireless networks (Wi-Fi).
The software is universally applicable and works with almost all common CNC machines.
Integration of the 'machine world' into product data management is a significant step towards Zero-Fault-Production and TQM (Total Quality Management).
So far, software solutions by EVO are used in 15 countries.
