NFS data transfer server for CNC
machines trialled
Offered on a free 30-day trial is an NFS server for file and data transfer from a PC to CNC machine tools and runs on operating systems Windows 9x, NT, 2000, XP und Windows Server 2003.
When connecting CNC machines to a network, it is often required to set up a separate NFS Server (Network File System) for Ethernet-based CNC file transfer Particularly machine controls by manufacturers like Heidenhain and Deckel Maho Gildemeister are often limited to this network protocol and therefore require a NFS server in order to put machine networking into reality
