of colours
E-Components and Chains (ECC) is launching a range of coloured Detectamet metal-detectable plastic products, including shovels, spades, scoops, stirrers, scrapers and pens.

Detectamet plastics certified for food contact
E-Components and Chains (ECC) is announcing that its four colours of Detectamet metal-detectable plastic are now all certified for use in direct contact with food.
The Detectamet Hygiene range has been specifically developed for the food processing industry and adds a new dimension to the claims of using 'all due diligence'.
The products in this range are all produced from a specially formulated material based on high-impact, food-contact-approved polypropylene.
This material has the ability to be detected and rejected by typical metal detection machines used in the food processing industry.
