Conveyor metal detector range extended
The Pulse Technology division of Eriez Magnetics Europe announces the release of its new product brochure on the Metalarm 6000 Range of Metal Detectors for conveyor applications.
As in the case of the Pulseparator the E-Z Tec 9100 is compact, can counter product effect and offers a high-speed, pneumatically operated ejection system to minimise wastage of good product.
A higher level of sensitivity is one of the chief advantages of E-Z Tec 9100 over its forerunner, the Pulseparator.
For example, the E-Z Tec 9100 can find a 0.3mm ferrous sphere in a 30mm aperture.
The E-Z Tec 9100 is currently available with apertures of 30mm, 50mm and 70mm diameter - larger diameter models are due to be released later this year.
The E-Z Tec 9100 is offered as an independent unit for eradicating in-line metal contamination in granular material or is recommended as a final quality checking device within a modular Plastic Recycling System incorporating ferrous and non-ferrous magnetic separators as used by large capacity reprocessors to maximise product yield and value.
