Auto-darkening helmet lens protects
welders
A range of welding helmets use the latest auto-darkening lens technology to give full face protection against infrared and ultraviolet radiation during arc welding.

Known as the Eye-Tech Range, there are currently four different helmets available in the range plus the ESAB Fresh Air respiratory unit for use with any Eye-Tech helmet.
The stylish helmets are based on ergonomic design and are approved to EN166/379.
The Eye-Tech process uses advanced electronics to provide continuously adjustable eyeshade darkness between nine and 13.
Other helmets in the range provide a choice of two darkness values.
The automatic units are powered by solar cells so there is no need for on/off switches.
The ESAB Fresh Air respiratory equipment is basically a breathing mask with a particle filter comprising a P3 filter with a pre-filter and a rechargeable battery.
It is very light and safe to carry and is recommended for use with the Eye-Tech range of helmets.
