Superior non-contact engraving, cutting and marking using CO2 lasers is claimed for the range of Universal Laser Systems ( ULS ) products, from ES Technology.
The DS-7050 portable unit is a compact high speed marking system and weighs only 2.2kg.
It can be easily transported and manipulated around large work pieces.
The system has a large operating window of 70mm x 50mm and is capable of marking 12 characters/s.
* Patented 'Differential System' - Cymaq has a patented 'Differential System', which reduces the mass which has to be displaced with the punch.
It therefore enables faster acceleration and deceleration and also reduces operating power.
The reduced power requirements together with lighter components mean that high speeds can be achieved using smaller motors, whilst retaining accuracy and repeatability.
A number of different marking types can easily be achieved using the range of Cymaq systems, including the following.
* Deep Marking.
* Logotypes.
* Characters.
* Datamatrix.
In addition to the DS7050 portable unit, Cymaq also offers a range of marking heads, which can be bench mounted or pedestal mounted.
There is a choice of two controller types enable the units to be operated as either stand alone workstations, or to be fully integrated to a fully automated production line.
* Sub-contract laser marking services - ES Technology also provides sub-contract laser marking services, after sales service and parts and the design and manufacture of laser marking systems.
The addition of the Cymaq range of products further enhances the portfolio of marking systems from ES Technology.
