Model Group streamlines with ERP and Artioscad
Swiss-based Model Group will integrate Sap's enterprise resource planning (ERP) application with Eskoartwork's Artioscad software to streamline its multi-site operations into a unified database.
Esko said that the day was successful with such packaging companies attending as SCA Packaging, JFM Plates, Adare Label Converters, The Intouch Group and McGurk Studios.
Strategic sessions included one on the future with Scope, Esko's automated workflow suite, as well as dicusssions on Esko working with industry partners, the company's latest consultancy and service package and an ArtiosCAD user group for structural designers.
Presentations included - JDF integration with business systems, on-line collaboration and approval with Webcenter and the latest software tool for print finishing - Printdevizor.
Paul Bates, Esko UK regional sales manager, said: "We are delighted with the attendance but not too surprised.
