E-T-A Circuit Breakers is producing a wide range of ultra-reliable circuit breakers equipment (CBEs) and a range of sub-racks and other power distribution systems.
Circuit breaker protects production
E-T-A Electronic Circuit Breakers avoids costly production line down-times. They offer selective disconnection of load circuits attached to switched-mode power supplies.
The E-T-A FM 1-LQ Flow Meter measures water flow rates between 0.05m/s and 3m/s when used in conjunction with E-T-A CSP or CSF calorimetric monitoring heads.
The internal microcontroller offers menu-driven metering by the operation of keypads on the front of the unit.
Readout is given on a 2-line x 16-digit LCD display.
The meter will display digital readouts of flow speed, flow volume (calculated from reference curves for the given pipe diameter), mass flow and water temperature, as well as minimum/maximum flow rates and temperatures during a given interval.
The readouts can be switched to bar graphs providing actual flow rate/quantity, medium temperature or pre-set limit contact status.
Other keypad combinations provide parameter set up and fault diagnosis.
The FM 1-LQ offers two scalable analogue outputs for flow and temperature, with a choice of current or voltage output.
Relay or transistor signal outputs are also provided.
These are manually pre-set via the key pad to switch at upper and lower limits: status indication, and a pulsed output of flow volume, can also be provided separately in the case of the transistorised output.
The E-T-A CSP-11 Calorimetric Monitoring Head will measure from 0.02m3/h to 21.2m3/h dependent on pipe diameter.
It can be positioned accurately within pipes, and exchanged if required, by plugging into a TP Sensor Adapter.
The additional E-T-A BV Ball Valve enables simple, pressure-free, installation or removal of a CSP-11 monitoring head by closing the input and output pipe.
The screw-mounted E-T-A CSF-11 Calorimetric Monitoring Head enables measurement of flow rates between 21m3/h and 530m3/h.
It allows a variable immersion depth into pipes varying in diameter between 50mm and 250mm.
The sensor probes are stainless steel as standard, or with hastelloy or titanium to special order. Request a free brochure from E-T-A Circuit Breakers ...
