Ethernet Direct, a professional and primary provider of industrial networking and communication solutions, introduces Industrial Wireless Outdoor CPE solution series, FWI-701 and FWI-702, compliant with IEEE 802.11 b/g AP/Bridge/Client/Repeater suitable for Industrial Ethernet applications The FWI-701 supports 2.4GHz radio module while FWI-702 supports 2.3GHz with less interference

With innovation technology design, both FWI-701 and FWI-702 provide 54Mbps high data rate for outdoor environment.

It links two or more separate networks to create a single expanded LAN network cost effectively and efficiently.

The robust IP-66 housing protects the device from harsh outdoor environment - weatherproof, waterproof, dustproof.

A built-in 12dBi patch antenna is included for flexibility in installation.

There are five different operation modes: Access Point, Point to point Bridge, Point to Multipoint Bridge, AP Client and repeater.

In addition, the built-in PoE design reduces the cost of power cables installation and provides future proof investment.

To secure information, it comes with WEP encryption and WAP function.
